There's a guy I know, his name is Schmidt.
This is Schmidts mess; maybe to you.
But dear Mister Schmidt knows,
exactly where what is.
People might call it a mess...
...he calls it organized.
It's nice to know that
people are individual.

Enjoy the clean air and the sky, enjoy nature.
The human race is impacted by junk,
we live in a world of nonsense.
Everybody wants everything,
things we do not need...
Oh, but of course I want a porsche, a 80 megapixel digiback,
a great big home, a harley davidson, a race bike, a candy shop,
a little someone to clean my house, a great big swimming pool,
an iPad and an iPhone 4, a little pink dog, a private masseuse,
a house in the bahamas, a sail boat and millions of dollars,
and, and...
...and. Uhmm, mmh... what was I talking about???
A week later...
Another two weeks later..

But I am sure you can enjoy this strange world without me:
Dreaming of a little house, out in the green... Aren't you too?
Here's a little preview of my book that I've been working on.
It's about half done, although it will still take quite a bit of time.
It's basically a retroperspective of my creative and artistic past.
From the beginning until now. It will also be documenting some
detailed backgrounds, thoughts and ideas about certain artwork.

Sometimes we think we know people and yet we don't.
Sometimes we get to know new people and forget them.
Sometimes we forget people we know and nobody cares.
Oh well, I'm glad that sometimes I am different.

Up until about two months ago, it has been a while back since I've actually painted. But as I've been back and living at the place where I have my atelier, I've become eager to paint again and to create another piece of artwork. This is my last painting which I've finished about two weeks ago, after working on it for a couple of days or should I say, long nights.
Here's a way how to make "ICE TEA" :-)

So!
For a long long time I have been mentioning that my new webpage should be up shortly. Well, we are in luck, now that "shortly" has arrived!
My page will be up shortly and to practise some patience, here are some sneak previews to make time go by. Enjoy!

Trash, junk, nonsense or just simply jack.
Byproducts can be all that and more.
Sometimes byproducts turn out to be
something unexpectedly perfect,
genuinely marvelous.
These two byproducts, as I call them,
originated while I was working on images
for my webpage, which will be up very
shortly at AWM PHOTOGRAPHY.

Hello, hello and goodbye.
Sitting and waiting, time goes by. People pass by.
Goodbye, goodbye and Oh! -Hello!!
Now, we can go. A person has arrived.

Take your time to live your life.
Take your time to clear your thoughts.
Take your time to learn from your mistakes.
Take your time to remember the beauty of life.
Take your time to love.
Tomorrow will be a new day,
what may come nobody knows.

Shanghai is a beautiful city.
It's big, dynamic and
full of contrasts.
My "Dia Dia" Project on Shanghai resembles this.
I choose to present the small Dias in a dynamic
and large environment, creating a contrast to each other.

Another day, another way.
Why not look at the world
from another angle...?
Well why not. Fast food, but it tastes alright.

Actually I am not sure, but somehow I do like this composition.
However the origin of these "rgb" curves and lines was another.
They originated from a school assignment, a couple weeks ago.
The picture I did back then will be coming up soon.
Take care and good night.

Last sunday my companion and myself visited the lovely exhibition by Thomas Struth at the Kunshaus in Zürich. Since I am a great fan of all the known Bechers Students (without naming any further names),
I obviously love the work done by Mr. Struth and I advise anybody interested in art and photography to visit the exhibition.
It was an honor for me to see one of the leading photographer of our age and therefor I would like to dedicate this entry along with the following picture to Thomas Struth. Thank you.

Everywhere, they're behind every corner. Waiting for you.
Sometimes, they will come out of the dark. Seeking for you.
Desperately, they're waiting for a chance. Haunting for you.
Unexpectedly, they disappear to nowhere. Dreaming for you.
But aren't we all, one of them...?
138 and 6 times myself. Enjoy.

Often we try finding our way out - out of the dark.
Sometimes just as often we run into - into the light.
Out of the dark and into the light, is what we often do.
Out of the house, into the city.
Out of the cave, into the nature.
From dark to light - from black to white.
But what if it was the other way around?

Actually I was working on a painting for a friend of mine. The painting will include photographs of her child, which she made herself. I was finishing up as I stacked the crumbled pictures together and placing them aside. As they lied there, the moment caught my eye and I could not resist capturing that sight.
This was actually suppose to be a panorama... as you might see or not. My stitching program somehow, obviously had a different idea in mind. Panorama here or there... what ever happened within the software, this is what came out of it and yes, I actually kinda like it. I hope you do to.
...that was the day before yesterday.
Lying in the grass, enjoying the sun and the shadow.
Watching the people.
Lying in the grass enjoying the nature and the wind.
Watching the people, passing by.
Lying in the grass, enjoying the girl and the beauty.
Watching the people passing by, one by one.

Here's a picture, which I photoshopped a while back, that was 6 years ago - wow! Well actually back then it was Corelshopped or however you wan't to call that...
(The Wasp is obviously not really hanging out on that marguerite)
I printed the picture on some sort of photo paper and kinda left it lying around... At some point, about two years ago I found it in my studio, lying in a box of stuff. It seemed like it had gone through quite a bit, so I scanned the picture the way I found it and yesterday while looking through my archive I found it again!
And so: I decided to post it and share this little story with you.
I hope you like it!

Naja, meine Antwort darauf:
Lieber Kandidat
